With nothing to download or install, give Event Planners immediate access to ESP Library on any device. When first opening ESP Library a list of all the meeting spaces within this facility is listed.
Meeting Room Search
Meeting Planners can click to select any function space from this list of options.
If a Meeting Planner is planning for a specific event, they can perform a criteria-based search to narrow down the options by type and size of function, to view detailed information about that ideal function space.
This is a useful tool for staff who also wish to quickly share information with clients.
When selecting a function space from the list, the Event Planner can then view a detailed presentation for that meeting space.
All this information is controlled by event facility staff using the very easy to use content manager. Virtually any file type can be shared here; photos and diagrams to present the space, and PDF, AutoCAD, .eps files etc., that can be downloaded for planning purposes. ESP is open-source so any file can be presented and shared.
When a Meeting Planner has found the space they are interested in, they can quickly request to book that space.
Sending the request will alert your staff to contact this Event Planner to suggest alternatives or to confirm this booking.
Share & Collaborate
Meeting Planners or staff who wish to share meeting room details with recipients, can send a link through email to give recipients direct access to all this information as well.
