Event Space Presentation Library
iMap's event space presentation library (ESP) is designed specifically to help Event Venues and Convention Centers to be much more efficient and effective in presenting, sharing, and communicating each meeting space and setup information with Event Planners.

Provide Event Planners with immediate access to the event space presentation library. As a web based application, there is nothing to download or install to use the event space presentation library and it will work with virtually any main browser and device.
If deployed as a stand alone application, or if deployed with the interactive floor plan and/or the virtual tour, and searching for meeting space, the event space presentation library will present all the meeting spaces available within the venue. Clicking a meeting space in this list will open the presentation for the selected space.
To refine this list and find the ideal meeting space for a specific function, enter the function type and number of attendees to produce only those meeting spaces matching the specific criteria.
Present & Plan
Clicking a meeting room from the search list, or if deploying with the interactive floor plan and clicking a setup button, will open the corresponding meeting room and setup presentation.
For each meeting space's setup, present any jpg photo or link to virtually any file type (PDF, AutoCAD, .eps files etc.) to effectively communicate the details of this meeting room's setup and allow the downloading of documents for planning purposes.
As a central repository of meeting space data and content, use the event space presentation library's built-in content manager system (CMS). Securely log into the very easy-to-use CMS to give internal staff complete control over all the data and content displayed for each setup.
Share & Collaborate
To share the meeting room’s data & content, the event space presentation library has a built-in email function that sends a link to open a webpage and provides the recipient direct access to view and download the data and content for any individual meeting space and setup.
For each meeting room's setup the Meeting Planner may request to book this space. This may either open a Venue's booking page or our booking request form. Submitting our booking request form sends a structured email to an assigned email address set by the Venue.
