Emergency Plans
A Senior Partner at iMap formerly Volunteered as a Fire Fighter. This commitment to his local Fire Department extended to offering iMap's unique skill set to voluntarily create Emergency Plans for the main facilities in the community.
These Emergency plans are used by the Fire Department to effectively and safely respond to an emergency within each facility. As well, these plans offered a level of risk reduction that reduced the village's insurance premiums.
The creation of these Emergency Plans entailed thorough on-site inspections and investigations to identify the following; measurements, entry/exit points, safety equipment, fire fighting equipment, hydrant locations, hazardous materials, access roads, surrounding land, and potential structure weaknesses & risks.
Cycle through the example emergency plans below.

Decision Matters - Procurement / Real Estate / Human Resources
As a side project, iMap created a decision tool. Often companies or individuals have complex and difficult decisions to make. Whether you are procurement professional purchasing software, someone buying a house or car, hiring someone, deciding where to retire, or which school you should attend, this decision tool will help you decide your best possible outcome.
Create your possible outcomes, list your criterion & sub-criterion, score each outcome against your criterion, and receive detailed graphs indicating the best outcome of your decision.
If you are trying to find the best supplier or vendor, for example identifying the best company to work with providing visual and interactive solutions, click the below image to open our Procurement Decision Matters tool to start your own procurement decision project - we are very confident iMap will come out on top.
