Quality of referencing materials, i.e., floor plans and capacity charts,

Floor Plans
If the floor plan option is included within the virtual tour iMap will make derivative floor plans from the interactive floor plan if available. Otherwise, it is required that a version of existing floor plans are provided to iMap. These floor plans can be in any format. iMap typically redrafts the floor plans from scratch to create a clean & simplified version of the floor plans, in a vector format for high performance and presentation.
Photography
On-site photography for both indoor and outdoor provided by iMap is highly recommended when deploying with the virtual tour. However, if employing a 3rd party photographer, we can use equirectangular photos as-is, if provided in the correct format, but cannot guarantee quality or performance. Our equirectangular photographs are 18 Mega Pixel HDR images, taken using our specialized 360 camera with unnoticeable stitching, and includes sizing to 6080px x 3040px, leveling, sharpening, lighting adjustments, face blurring if required, and are optimized for performance and presentation.
Branding
The virtual tour can be branded to the extent of adding a logo. Because Arial is the most popular browser font available on most devices, that is the font used. In addition, if the floor plan add-on is included, it will incorporate the existing colors used for meeting spaces, foyers, pre-function areas etc..
Virtual Tour
~ Deployment
Upon completing the Virtual Tour project and publishing for live online viewing, iMap will furnish the Client with a URL to open and view the hosted application online.
Website Integration
It is a very simple process to display the virtual tour within a Client’s website. Use the URL to either display the virtual tour within a webpage’s iFrame or use the URL to create a link or image links within your website to open the virtual tour in its own webpage. Because the virtual tour contains a lot of content and is a visual presentation, we recommend that it be opened within its own webpage.
The URL can be used as a link on any medium, for example within an email, that when clicked will open the virtual tour within its own webpage.
The virtual tour is a reactive and responsive application, meaning it will present itself (scale-to-fit) to the maximum browser or iFrame window size. This provides maximum flexibility for Client to present the virtual tour within its own window or within an iFrame window within a website/webpage. The virtual tour contains a ‘full-screen-mode’ which allows the applications to be presented in the entire screen if deployed from a standard HTML webpage.
Optimal Window Size
The virtual tour is best viewed within a window size ratio w:h = 2:1. In order to display all the elements within the virtual tour properly, the virtual tour size of window should not be less than 800px in width, 400px in height. Viewing in a larger window will make the virtual tour easier and more effective to use.
Training
The use of the virtual tour is designed to be very intuitive. Training is typically not required to be very functional using the virtual tour. If the Client desires training, we offer 30 minutes of free training via conference call if required.
Data Integration
The virtual tour does not require live data. There is no requirement to tie into any existing client system.
Usability
As a web-based application, if a device is connected to the internet, there is nothing to download or install to access and view the virtual tour. The application will work on virtually all modern devices, within Windows, Android and iOS operating systems, using the most popular browsers including Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari.
